Goals

What we’d like to accomplish via this event. Each individual event does not need to meet all the below goals; but it should address most.

• VitaDAO want to appear as sponsoring a networking event, not organizing an event for the sole purpose of promoting the DAO. That said, we do have the below goals for ambassadors to achieve through 1:1 conversations and sponsor hand-outs
• Scout and recruit experienced biotech venture builders for VitaDAO spin-outs
• Increase public knowledge on the VITA token
• Increase public knowledge on IP-NFT & fractionalization
• Promote the VitaDAO supporter / membership program

Audience

The target audience for this event type.

• Biotech investors (high net-worth individuals)
• Institutional biotech investors
• Biotech entrepreneurs, venture builders
• Other players in the biotech ecosystem: accelerators, incubators,…
• Target ~25 people each event

The “Calls to Action” you should convey to the audience during this event. If you are unfamiliar with how to follow through on any of these actions, please reach out and ask us!

• Apply to be a company builder
• Vote on a proposal together on Snapshot. We encourage you to walk the audience through this real-time by opening snapshot, choosing an active proposal, and voting on it together as a group
  • You can use your wallet / token to do this, and ask the audience what you should vote for
  • If there are people in the audience interested in casting their own vote, walk them through how to buy tokens
• Buy VITA tokens
• Contribute to VDAIF
• Buy VITA-FAST and future IP-NFT fractions
• Support the DAO through the annual supporter / membership program

Suggested Expenses

Our budget for this event type is $1.5k. If you need to exceed the budget, please ask us for approval.
