VitaDAO, a novel decentralised biopharma organization (DAO), is looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to play a significant role in growing and managing the organisation globally and virtually.

VitaDAO is a decentralized collective funding early stage longevity research

Our mission is to extend human lifespan by researching, financing, and commercializing longevity therapeutics in an open and democratic manner.

VitaDAO and its members will own the intellectual property assets that result from the projects it supports. Members can join VitaDAO by purchasing VITA tokens or earning them through contributions of work or Intellectual Property.

You will be working closely with seasoned Operations Leads, taking an active part in a variety of projects, and assuming ownership of all administrative responsibilities.

You will help manage and coordinate a virtual community of +1000 researchers, investors, developers and longevity enthusiasts. You will guide multiple working groups helping industry experts make decisions and execute on calls, frameworks and project plans you design and help implement.

Your Responsibilities

• Managing Operations across the Working Groups of the DAO
• You help to organize and host community-building events
• Support contributors by preparing essentials like meeting materials, agendas, notes, and memos of key meetings; follow-ups and track action items
• Inject good vibes into the DAO

• Discord is stream of consciousness in the community
• Discourse captures relevant ideas and then formalizes them into ideas and proposals
• Airtable to be used as a project management tool as well as CRM
